Howdy and Welcome to Fort Worth!

We're excited you'll be joining us and can't wait to welcome you to Cowtown. Whether you're planning to explore the Stockyards, visit one of our world-class museums, enjoy some authentic Texas barbecue, or simply take in the local atmosphere, we hope you'll have a chance to experience all that Fort Worth has to offer during your stay.

Before You Travel

Getting Around Fort Worth

Trinity Metro Blue Line

Explore downtown with Fort Worth's free circulator service, making it easy to visit restaurants, shops, attractions, and entertainment venues throughout downtown.

The Blue Line operates:

  • 7 days a week
  • 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Arrivals approximately every 7 minutes

Trinity Metro Orange Line

Want to visit the historic Stockyards?

The Orange Line provides a convenient connection between Downtown Fort Worth and the Stockyards.

Whether you're looking to watch the cattle drive, browse western shops, enjoy live music, or grab dinner, the Orange Line makes getting there easy.

Hours:

  • 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
  • 7 days a week

Trinity Metro Bikes

For those who enjoy exploring on two wheels, Trinity Metro Bikes offers more than 350 bikes available throughout the city.

How it works:

  1. Purchase a membership online or at a docking station.
  2. Check out a bike.
  3. Enjoy the ride.
  4. Return it to any station when you're finished.
