The Little Rock LAC is deep into planning a conference where you can share your projects and research, learn new things and network with your colleagues but we are also adding another layer. We will be taking moments to focus on ourselves … our health. To function at our highest level of professionalism and expertise, our minds and bodies must be functioning as well as possible.
