Renew your 2016 membership dues by February 28, 2016!

Beginning November 2, 2015, SCC/MLA members will be able to renew their memberships for 2016. The deadline to pay dues is February 28, 2016.

On November 2, all members will receive an email with the following instructions:

1. Log into the site using your email address as your username and then your password.
2. After logging in, you will be presented with your current member profile. In the first section ("Membership Details"), you should see a button that says "Renew until <<DATE>>"; just click on this button to start the process.
   • Note: If you are a student member and would like to change your membership level to "Regular", you will need to click on the "Change membership level" button instead. On the next page, select the appropriate level and click on the "Next" button.
3. Verify (and correct, if necessary) the information on your member profile. If you choose to add any additional information (e.g., preferred address), please do so. When ready, click on the "Update and next" button.
4. You should now see a "Review and confirm" screen. If all information is correct, click on the "Confirm" button to submit the renewal.
5. You should now see the "My profile" screen, with a yellow box indicating your current balance due. The system has automatically generated an invoice for the renewal, which will also be emailed to you. The balance due will remain visible until payment has been received.

If you opt to pay online, you will be taken to PayPal where you may either pay with your PayPal account or a valid credit card. After logging in and confirming the payment, you will be redirected back to the Wild Apricot site

If you would prefer to pay manually (e.g., mailing a check, paying with cash in person at a quarterly meeting), just print out your invoice and provide it with your manual payment.
